5 Easy Steps to Auto-Redeem Your eVouchers in Swensen’s Chatbot!

Step 1: open Your Order in the ordering menu and select Confirm Order.

Confirm your order on tablet menu.

Step 2: open Membership in Swensen’s Chatbot and choose an eVoucher.

Step 2

Enter Swensen’s Chatbot (via Telegram), click here to enter Swensen’s Chatbot. And select eVoucher of choice.

Step 3: select Redeem on the chosen eVoucher.

Step 3

Click on ‘Redeem’ button.

Step 4: scan the Cool Rewards QR code displayed at the table.

Step 5: select your preferred drink from the eVoucher choices.

Select eVoucher’s option(s), if any.
