How to Participate:
- Dine in at Swensen’s with a min. spend of $50 (after service charge and GST) in a single dine-in transaction
- Snap a memorable photo during your visit
- Upload the photo on the same day as your transaction to Swensen’s Chatbot (via Telegram)
- Repeat this for 7 visits

Terms & Conditions for Swensen’s Capture the Moment Challenge:
-The Swensen’s Capture the Moments Challenge is open to all Swensen’s members.
-Valid at all Swensen’s, Swensen’s Unlimited and Earle Swensen’s outlets.
-A minimum spend of $50 (after service charge and GST) in a single dine-in transaction is required to qualify for each photo submission. No splitting of tables/bills.
-The Swensen’s Capture the Moments Challenge is valid from 20 January to 30 April 2025 at 2359 hours.
-All 7 photos must be submitted within the challenge’s validity period to qualify for the reward.
-Each photo must be taken during a dine-in experience at the participating Swensen’s outlets.
-The photo must be uploaded on the same day as the dining transaction to qualify.
-Only one photo submission per day is allowed. Multiple submissions from the same visit or same day will not be counted.
-Photos must be clear and recognizable, showcasing your Swensen’s dining experience. Swensen’s reserves the right to reject any submissions that do not meet the quality or content standards.
-Participants must successfully upload 7 qualifying photos over 7 separate visits within the challenge’s validity period to receive the reward.
-Upon completing the challenge, participants will be notified via the Swensen’s Chatbot and be awarded an eVoucher of Complimentary Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet For 2 Persons (worth up to $142).
-The eVoucher of Complimentary Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet For 2 Persons can be redeemed at any Swensen’s Unlimited outlets.
-Redemption is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
-The eVoucher of Complimentary Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet For 2 Persons must be used within the validity period as stated upon issuance.
-Additional terms and conditions apply to the use of the eVoucher of Complimentary Swensen’s Unlimited Buffet For 2 Persons.
-The Complimentary Sizzling Cheese Burger eVoucher will be awarded upon the 4th validated photo submission in the Capture the Moments Challenge.
-The Complimentary Sizzling Cheese Burger eVoucher will be credited to the member’s Swensen’s Chatbot account and can be accessed under ‘My eVouchers’.
-The Complimentary Sizzling Cheese Burger eVoucher is valid for dine-in only at all participating Swensen’s outlets.
-The Complimentary Sizzling Cheese Burger eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash or other menu items.

-Swensen’s reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: Fails to meet the minimum spend requirement. Uploads inappropriate, unclear, or misleading images. Engages in fraudulent or dishonest conduct in relation to the challenge.
-Disqualified participants will forfeit all progress made towards the challenge.
-By joining the Swensen’s Capture the Moments Challenge, participants agree that their submitted photos may be used for future Swensen’s marketing and promotional purposes.
-Management reserves the right to amend the Swensen’s Capture the Moments Challenge’s terms and conditions without prior notice.
-In case of any disputes, Swensen’s decision will be final and binding.
